      <description>Our community hosting and platform provider (Get Satisfaction) is having some &lt;A href="https://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfaction/topics/get-satisfaction-experiencing-platform-issues-this-morning" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;problems today&lt;/A&gt; (11/20).&lt;BR /&gt;
You may have problems posting new questions, among other issues.  It also looks like email notifications aren't being sent for new topics and new responses.  As such, you may not get the quick responses you're used to.&lt;BR /&gt;

EDIT: It looks like things are back to normal now.  Will update again if anything changes.</description>
