Hi Ompal,

So you can ping DHCP server from your switch, right?
Do 'show vlan portinfo port ' and see if the VLANs are correct (access port and to-DHCP port should be in the same VLAN, or do you want to do some DHCP Relay on the switch?).

What is your switch model?

Kind regards,
Hi,

there are quite a few possible reasons for DHCP not working correctly. Perhaps some of the following GTAC Knowledge articles regarding DHCP problems experienced with EOS switches could help?

Issue with users not getting IP address or losing DHCP address

Device Connected to Switch Cannot Obtain IP Via DHCP or Ping Anything When StaticConfigured

Clients are not able to get a DHCP address on a SecureStack

DHCP offer not being received by client over routed interface on SecureStack

Thanks,
