Can i boot the ERS3600 switch from USB

Hi Team,

i did one mistake in ERS3600 series switches. this switch os version is 6.1.0.0

i tired to reset the switch following way.

First restart the switch. booting time press the Ctrl+C key.

One Command prompt came. like ERS3600>.

i type Help. in that help menu i seen the erase all

after i gave erase all cmd press enter.

after no action in that switch. so aft power down and up the switch.

but its not boot the switch.

any one help what i do to boot the switch.

So you executed the command when in the recovery menu?

If yes, Can you again press ctrl+C to see if you end into the same menu?

But now switch not getting on

Open up a case with GTAC. Most probably you have to RMA it.
