Hello,

We have in our network ERS-4850GTS-PWR+ with version 5.12.1.027. I have tested the new version 5.12.2.011 and after reboot the switch comes up without any configuration (factory default settings).
I have tested 2 switches, not only 1.
Could you help me please with this issue?

Open a ticket with GTAC ASAP. This issue needs the attention of the product team.

But if you can reproduce the issue in your lab try it with 5.12.2.011.

We've had this issue and Extreme have said :-

The above bug is fixed in https://tel:5.12.3 release which should be posted to the support portal within a few days (hopefully by end of April).
However, there is a workaround in place which involves using telnet to perform the upgrade.

Hello,

I have tested new version (5.12.3.011) but it`s the same issue. After upgrade, switch comes up without configuration.
