Hi,

my customer change the WEB-Password an now it is lost. He has no config. Backup. We need to reset only the Password.

Avaya 3650GTS-PWR

HW:08 FW:6.1.0.0

the web password is different from the CLI. If you can still log into the CLI with console, Telnet or SSH you can change the web password.

If you are 100% locked out of the switch you have two options.

1- Open a GTAC ticket and an ERS expert can create a backdoor password for you.

2- you can reboot and factory default the switch.
