Ok thanks it looks like the last supported firmware version is 12.5.4.5-patch1-6(according to the available downloads), however the the switches are running 12.6.2.10. I will most likely call gtac to get more information.

Hi Eric,
The latest version is EXOS 16.1.2. However, you might find some useful information in this thread: https://community.extremenetworks.com/extreme/topics/bd8800-latest-stable-xos
For more information on the actual upgrade process, check out this article: How to Obtain and Upgrade EXOS
I would also look into the following article for recommended and supported versions of code. The BD gets a little tricky because you have to make sure that all the modules and MSMs support that version of code as well:
Let us know if there's anything we can help you with here. If you can share the output of
code:
show slot

, someone here can help take a look at what version will be supported.
With that setup, you should be able to go all the way to 16.1.2 if you wanted to be on the latest firmware. As I mentioned in the thread linked above, the current recommended release for the BD8800 is listed as EXOS 15.6.3.1-patch1-5. You should know that v15.6.3.1-patch1-9 was released since that document was published and supersedes the patch1-5 recommendation it lists.
