    <description>Could you try another serialnumber - it happend to me too - the issue was that the switch was not longer under contract so I wasn't able to see/load the newest code.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>A quick question... Are there any issues with the esupport site at the moment?&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I can't get any downloads for the X480, despite entering an X480's serial number.  All I get is a bunch of older EXOS releases, the most recent being 15.5.1 and I'd quite like to upgrade the 15.7.1 that we're already running, not go backwards.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>I've raised a TAC case asking them to check entitlement - the only two I have I've tried, and they most certainly should be on support.&lt;BR /&gt;
