my current patch - is 15.6.4.2-patch1-3.xos v1564b2-patch1-3

should I upgrade it to 16.2.4-Patch1-5?
What is Your recommendation?

You can upgrade it to recommend release which match with your hardware platform, but please read the release note before the upgrade in case any probability known issue.
