I have realised all my Projects with NAT using an SSA from Enterasys and this works perfect...but it´s a Little bit expensive.

NAT is usually a perimeter ( firewall ) feature it would unusual to support this in a L3 Switch

NAT is not support on EXOS, you can use an SSA or S-Series.
