Hi all,

We've had ongoing problems with ports on our X440-48ps going "dead". The port will show Link and auto negotiate, and 'show fdb' will list a mac address, but hosts attached to the port aren't able to receive an address via dhcp. So far the only solution has been to reboot the affected slot. About 6 months ago we experienced similar problems on unstacked X440-48's. Extreme blamed a Broadcom driver for the problem which was reported resolved.

Any feedback on X440's in general would be appreciated.

Thanks! (from visd_j)
