This log message is pretty descriptive. It's just notifying you that VLAN NMS_VLAN received a IGMPv3 query on a VLAN that IGMPv3 is not enabled on. You can stop these log messages by enabling IGMPv3 on the VLAN or disabling IGMPv3 on the device at IP 192.168.11.13.

Hopes this helps
First of all, are you using IGMPv3? This could cause a outage if you are using igmpv3 and disable it.

If your not using it, you can change the VLAN to operate at IGMPv2 which is probably what the other switch is running. (The one showing the logs)

You can check the IGMP version running using the command "show igmp". Look under IGMPver.

"enable igmp vlan NMS_VLAN IGMPv2" will change your vlan to IGMPv2 on the switch.
