topic dns forwarder issue in ExtremeSwitching (EXOS/Switch Engine)

I've noticed that XOS doesn't seem to pay attention to any of the configured DNS forwarders except the primary. I have three nameservers configured on each of my Extreme switches, but if the first one goes down, the switch no longer is able to perform lookups. It's not a huge deal, but it's an annoyance under certain circumstances. Has anyone else seen this issue? I've seen it on various iterations of 12.6 and 15.1. (from Ansley_Barnes)
