I have issues on bootprelay function on my Summit460.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Topo as follows:&lt;BR /&gt;
client server----(tag 983)Switch(tag 981)----Jumpstart server(DHCP server)&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I have defined the Bootprelay on my switch but the DHCP relay fails all the time and I can see many dropped response.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

Bootprelay : Enabled  on virtual router "VR-Default"DHCP Relay Agent Information Option : Enabled  on virtual router "VR-Default"&lt;BR /&gt;
DHCP Relay Agent Information Check  : Enabled  on virtual router "VR-Default"&lt;BR /&gt;
DHCP Relay Agent Information Policy : Replace&lt;BR /&gt;
DHCP Relay Agent Information Remote-ID : "ENIQ-SW1"&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Bootprelay servers for virtual router "VR-Default":&lt;BR /&gt;
    Destination: 10.30.64.132    &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
DHCP/BOOTP relay statistics for virtual router "VR-Default"&lt;BR /&gt;
    Received from client =     467335  Received from server =       4431&lt;BR /&gt;
    Requests relayed     =      12739  Responses relayed    =          0&lt;BR /&gt;
    DHCP Discover        =     465924  DHCP Offer           =       4431&lt;BR /&gt;
    DHCP Request         =          6  DHCP Ack             =          0&lt;BR /&gt;
    DHCP Decline         =          0  DHCP NAck            =          0&lt;BR /&gt;
    DHCP Release         =       1388&lt;BR /&gt;
    DHCP Inform          =         17&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
DHCP Information Option 82 packets statistics for virtual router "VR-Default"&lt;BR /&gt;
    Received from client    =       3255  Received from server =          0&lt;BR /&gt;
    Requests replaced       =       3255  Responses dropped    =       4431&lt;BR /&gt;
    Opt82 added to Requests =       8390&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Note: Default Remote-ID : System MAC Address&lt;BR /&gt;
