    <description>As far as I understand, ECN means "Engineering Change Number".&lt;BR /&gt;
That means, if there is a need for a hardware rework on "older" HW revisions that will be documented in a ECN.&lt;BR /&gt;
The fact that in your case it's marked as "No" means there is no change needed.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

  1.Visual  Inspection – Passed&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
    2.Confirmed  customer's failure symptom – No&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
    3.ECN  rework (Yes/No) – No . &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
      4.Function  Test (Alpha Diag) –  Passed&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
      5.Traffic  test,(Overnight) –  Passed &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
    &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
