topic MLAG ISC passing through Core Switch in ExtremeSwitching (EXOS/Switch Engine)

Hello,
I have to to create an MLAG on two switches for a server but there are no free ports available for ISC.
Is it possible to use the uplink ports connected to core switch for ISC vlan tagging ? Or is it necessary to have a dedicated ISC link between the 2 switches with only one ISC vlan tagged on it.
I searched the documents but couldn't find anything for or against what I am trying to configure here.

Hi,

you need a direct connection between the two MLAG peers. That link is used for ISC vlan and data vlans as well (for redundancy).
