Have you tried the following command, &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
"show port  info detail" &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
You can look for the setting in the output as below: &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Link up/down SNMP trap filter setting:  Enabled &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Also, you can verify the configuration by filtering them using the following usage: &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
"show configuration detail | include port-up-down"&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

You can enable/disable port-up-down SNMP trap using the following command:&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;I&gt;[enable | disable] snmp traps port-up-down ports [all | ]&lt;/I&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;
