    <description>Hi Todd,By definition, these "damaged" frames are to be discarded and won't be forwarded at all. I don't believe there is a way to permit them, unless &lt;A href="https://documentation.extremenetworks.com/exos_commands/EXOS_All/EXOS_Commands_All/r_configure-forwarding-switchingmode.shtml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;cut-through switching&lt;/A&gt; will allow it.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>We are using a Summit X460-48t Network Switch between a Linux box and some custom HW.  For testing purposes I would like to send some packets with a known, corrupted FCS and see the response on the custom HW.  Is there a way to configure the switch to allow some specific packets to pass through with FCS errors?  For instance, if they are addressed to a specific MAC or IP address??  In this case, the packets will all be ICMP or SNMP messages.</description>
