Which extreme switch model is match for 24 port 1g copper & 4 port 10g copper. or else what is an other option for this requirements?

it may be X480 with vim2-10g-4x module

But you probably will not find any 10g copper ports in any Extreme switches

The X460-G2-24t-10GE4 has 24 1G copper ports, 8 1G SFP ports, and 4 10G SFP+ ports. To get 10G copper, you'll only be able to get 2 10G ports with the X460-G2 VIM-2t.
