I have an x460 that came as an Edge license, but I purchased a Core license and have enabled the purchased license. I want to RMA the switch because it doesn't work right and we've only had it for 2 months. The port link light on the switch don't light up when a port is active for ports 1-24. Is it possible to disable or remove the license and put it on a functional switch? Thanks in advance. -B

Hey Blake

Once a license is installed it is always a part of the switch. The RMA however should come with a new license for that serial number. I would recommend highlighting that when you open the RMA just to make sure there are no delays.

Hope that helps
