I'd suggest &lt;A href="https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/How_To/How-to-contact-Extreme-Networks-Global-Technical-Assistance-Center-GTAC" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;opening up a case with GTAC&lt;/A&gt;. I believe this may require an RMA.</description>
