Dear sir or Madam,

We have a couple of X480 Switches with Advanced edge license.

We want to upgrade to core license.

We got voucher but after entering serial numbers and voucher we got this message :

An Voucher with the same product is already ascociated with this Asset.(SBL-EXL-00151)

Please help it s urgent !

Hi Rachid,

Please contact GTAC as only they can assist with something like this, and be prepared to provide both the serial number of the asset and the voucher key that you were provided.

We had something similar happen recently and GTAC was able to resolve it quickly.
