Hi, Hermes!

If you have Extreme Work service (like 97000 and other) you have to have possibility to download EXOS, exception - your service contract is ended.
If you have Partner Work service (like 95600 and other) you have to ask your local distributor or reseller.

Or go to "request web login".

Or you just forgot your password )))

Thank you!

Sorry!
Ok, Im surrounded by a lot of Enterasys gear, this is 2nd day working with ExtremeXOS, I have been reading a lot too, BUT I cant upgrade my images. I have some X460 with 12.5.4.5 others with 15.5.2.9, also I have X440 using 15.3.1.4 and some K-6 Chassis that I dont even know if I have to upgrade because I cant get to the CLI xD. I have been trying to download images from https://esupport.extremenetworks.com/eservice_enu/start.swe but it said that my login or password is incorrect, but Im already logged in. So what Im doing wrong? 😞
Sorry to hear of your frustrations. For the EXOS switches, you'll likely want to get them upgraded to the same version for easier management in the future. I might suggest v15.5.3.4-patch1-5 for them.
I can't speak to the K6 Chassis.

Regarding your login, it sounds like it's possible something may have gotten out of sync. Are you saying you're able to login through http://support.extremenetworks.com/ and when you go to the "Downloads for BlackDiamond Series, Summit Series,..." page, you're getting the incorrect login message?

If yes, try the password recovery page: https://secure.extremenetworks.com/recoverpassword.aspx
If that still doesn't work, I'd recommend opening a case with GTAC so they can help get you lined up again. Worst case, they can validate your support entitlements and provide the files via an FTP link while your login woes are sorted out.
