Hello community,

After upgrading a bunch of Extremes to the latest version provided (16.1.3.6-patch1-11),
the nearest node to my headend IPTV service is getting theses errors:

09/26/2016 08:13:07.36 <IPMC.SNOOP.CACHEERROR> mcDelOifCache can not find cache src=172.31.7.4 group=227.10.20.10 interface=19 vrId=2

09/26/2016 08:12:42.35 <IPMC.SNOOP.CACHEERROR> mcDelOifCache can not find cache src=172.31.1.253 group=239.255.255.250 interface=19 vrId=2

Why is this happening?

Tks,
Hi Julian,

Do you have any additional logging enabled on the switches?

You can check in "show configuration ems"

apart from the logs is there any impact in the network?

No impacts at all, but the logs are pretty annoyings 😛

So, I found this configure log filter DefaultFilter add events IPMC severity debug-data

but the enable debug feature is disabled...

Removed that , waiting to see if it's solved.
