Monitoring ERPS

Hello extreme community

I am building a new Extreme Ring with ERPS. Unfortunately there is no SNMP OID to monitor the ERPS-Status with our monitoring system (nagios).

Is there a way to monitor the ERPS-Status (idle, init, protected ...)?

I will check to see when the MIB will have the ERPS values. As of now the only way I am familiar with is CLI. In Ridgeline we can create a script to launch those commands and provide an output.

I will let you know what I find out.

We are looking into adding this MIB however at this point it is not in a roadmap and is not expected during this calendar year.

Hello PLM is aware of this and they are already looking into adding the MIB to the code next calendar year.

Could use of CFM in conjunction with ERPS provide a window into monitoring? At least on 15.3 code ERPS would automatically at the up and down MEPs, etc.
