Switch: X460-24t has external USB ports, I put new image on the flash and used the below command and it works

"download image memorycard summitX-15.3.4.6-patch1-5.xos primary"

This is easier and faster than TFTP.

thanks alot all for your support !
I tried before and got tftp time out "Downloading to SwitchError: Failed to download image - tftp: timeout" that's why I am trying to download from flash disk.

Also, I can ping tftp from the switch and disabled windows firewall but with no joy
If you're able to ping the TFTP server but are seeing a timeout on download, you'll likely need to specify
code:
vr vr-default

instead of the default of
code:
vr vr-mgmt

.
In your command:

# download image memorycard summitX-15.3.4.6-patch1-5.x primary

is the file extension ".x" a typo in this forum, or did you enter that command for real? you shouldn't be allowed to use such a file type.
Drew's comment above about the VR is almost certainly why you can't make TFTP work. The switch is trying to reach the TFTP server using the mgmt port and not a configured VLAN.

You need to use something like:

download image <TFTP server="" ip=""> summitX-15.7.1.4.xos vr vr-default primary

</TFTP>

Is any body has a problem - that USB-flash can't mount?
