      <description>Please take a look at this article and see if you can prioritize the voice traffic in the network.    https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/How_To/Configuring-QOS-profiles-and-verify-QOS-is-working    I am pointing to this article considering that there are no packet drops in the network.  You might need to check the Voice traffic patch and see if the ports does not drop packets due to high traffic and then you can apply the QOS profile.</description>
