Registering devices that bought by another company to our University Extranet Account.

Hi,

We are IT department of Artvin Çoruh University. Some times we buy our network devices directly. Sometimes the networks devices came with a complete building/construction project. With construction projects, the construction companies buy these devices for us according to our buying contract.

The problem is even these are brand new devices that purchased for us, we can not register these devices for our extranet account as they show up for other company. How can we solve this issue and register these devices so we can download firmware by our account?

Yes it is solved now. The problem was the company that bought the devices insisted that it is not possible to register the devices to us and we will need to contact them every time we need support or firmware access. It was not acceptable for us. But everything is solved now.
