WCCP is a web-cache redirection protocol and as far as I'm aware not supported in XoS. (from Erik_Bais)

Ebais is correct it is not currently supported in XOS and is not on the roadmap for the near term. If this is something that you need please contact your local sales team and they may be able to add a feature request. (from Paul_Russo)
