Hi Duane,

Does it apply to your case?
https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Solution/Show-fans-outputs-displays-fan-status-as...

Did it happen right now or was it from the very beginning?
I'm not sure if X250's are still under any support for bug fixes...

Regards,
x250e 12.0.3.16 show fans result "Empty"

X250e-24p XOS version 12.0.3.16
Command "show fans" responds with:

X250e-24p.1 # show fans

FanTray information:
State: Empty

I have this on 11 different units, all the same model and software version. (I have other units of the same model and firmware that do not display this issue.)

Does this indicate a fan failure? Temperature is still within the "normal" range. All units are remote, so I can't see the Fans LED.
