X590 stack upgrade issue

Hello, colleagues!

X590 stack was with 22.6.1.4.
Issues began when tryed to upgrade stack directly to 30.7.2.1
"Installing to Slot-2(Backup): .....Error: Failed to install image on Slot-2 - tar: corrupted data"

Normally upgraded to 30.2.2.17, but again issues.
Tryed upgrade to "clean" EXOS 30.7 based on this article - Solution: Upgrade attempt fails on EXOS Summit X440-G2 stack | Extreme Portal

but no success.
Tryed to upgrade to 30.3.1.6 but still issues:

Slot-1 X590.4 # install image onie-30.3.1.6.xos
This image will be used only after rebooting the switch!
Installing to primary partition!
Installing to Slot-2(Backup): .....Error: Failed to install image on Slot-2 - tar: corrupted data
Install image failed: (see above error message)

And below messages in logs:

How could we upgrade stack without rebuild it? (disassemble, upgrade, assemble)
Maybe somebody faced with such issues?

1. Stack already upgraded to 30.x but issue still persist
2. Slot 1 normally upgrading. Issue with Slot 2 upgrade
