I want/need to upgrade a few switches tomorrow while the moon is high. So I thought I could download the latest version 16.2.5.4-patch1-11 for BD8800 and SummitX. Nope, "force" won't let me!
Yes, I have support, yes, I disabled the popup-blocks, I tried Firefox-Windows, Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox-Linux, Chromium-Linux. even Dolphin-Android. White popup page, that's all I get.
Release doc says patch1-7 is the "most reliable", with patch 1-10 being the latest.
Downloads on force.com doesn't even list patch1-10, only patch1-11 (which I can't get).

Just to make sure I'm not insane, I did try to download patch1-7, which does work.

If someone could help - I'll settle for an emailed direct download link for the BD8800 and SummitX versions 🙂

Thanks,

I've fixed the SummitX and BD8800 files. We're using a new template to import them into the portal and there were some... problems. I'll fix the rest of the files in this release now.

Regarding 16.2.5.4-patch1-10, it should have been posted some time back but it just didn't happen. It will be posted, but as you might imagine, it is superseded by patch 1-11. When resources were available and could only get to one of these two releases, I opted for the newest one.

Sorry about this, <USER-MENTION data-id="6758106">@Frank</USER-MENTION> (and everyone else who may be following along). Thanks for letting us know!
