Почему заблокированы порты ячеистой сети? как вернуть их статус? И что могло быть вызвано этим?

Как мне снять эту блокировку?

Hi,

That would be expected behavior in a ring topology and that essentially prevents a lop in the control plane.

 Slot-1 Stack.1 # show stacking stack-ports

The main concern from that output is the "Operational", if it is anything else it can indicate a problem usually due to the physical layer(cabling ,etc).

Alexey,

The blocked port only blocks BUM traffic to prevent flooded traffic from looping. Unicast traffic will be allowed to use that "blocked" path.
