but how i can exit insert mode (step 4)

As mentioned in the article...

4.Exit insert mode by pressing ESC, then write the file and quit vi by typing :wq

= hit Esc and thentype :w!

I type : create account admin temp password
then: press Esc then press wq but nothing happen

Press Esc and then ":wq". Colon is crucial. Then w is for save, q for quit, wq for save and quit, q! for quit and ignore unsaved changes.
