i have Extreme switch x430-24T with software version 15.5.3.4 patched 1-6

i need to upgrade this software to latest version.

how can i download the firmware

you need an account (and an maintenance contract) to the Extreme Networks Portal:

https://extremeportal.force.com/

If you are logged in you will find the software downloads in the Products menu.

i already have account but i did not have maintenance contract

how can i obtain one??

HI @Ibrahim , you would want to talk to your sales engineer or account manager about getting a maintenance contract, or what other options would be available if you didn’t want to get the maintenance contract.
