topic X620 power supply "empty", but green lights front and back in ExtremeSwitching (EXOS/Switch Engine)

I have an X620 running 22.3.1.4-patch1-4, two PSUs.
Both PSUs show green lights (in the back) and the switch shows green PS lights in the front.
However, "sh power" gives me:

code:
PowerSupply 1 information:
State : Powered On
...
PowerSupply 2 information:
State : Empty

That "Empty" is a little disconcerting. I've seen a KB article about a 22.1.x issue where a PSU is reporting "Off", but this is different.
As this switch is handling two of our upstream providers, I'm a hesitant in an "unplug, see what happens" approach.

Does anyone have any insight? If not, I'll open a case.
