Admin Password reset - Extreme X440-G2-24p

Hi,

i try to reset the password of the admin, because i didn´t want to reset the complete router.

If i try this description:

i get the information:

The output of loading autoexec script can be seen by executing "show script output autoexec".

But i couldn´t use show script at the normal boot, because i have no login. So if i try this at the boot without configuration, i couldn´t open this file. I copy from the description 1:1, i use another account/password combination, but nothing work and i get the same information:

What can i do?

Hi Alexandr,

first thank you for your fast replay.

We had the problem, that we have notebooks at our domain and if i connect it with the switch, the network is unsafe and every communication is blocked by the windows firewall.

I asked our domain admin, but he will come back next monday.
I try to connect, use tftp but i couldn´t get any connection between my notebook and the router.

Maybe i must wait till monday or i see the possibility to get a one time login from extrem networks.

i get the one time fial password and now create a new admin so i could have access to the router
