Radius not giving Administrator privileges

I already configured radius on our x450g2 switch. I am being authenticated but only with user access, even thought we had setup attribute 6 on the radius server to give admin level. Once I login into the switch and try to switch to admin level using the command enable, it returns an incomplete error. We are running xos version 30.6.1.11.

Enable command is not needd to get into admin level. User capabilities are determined by the login account.

Is there anything beside attribute 6 that need to be configured on the Radius Server? It only giving user access.

If this is NPS, did you set the Attribute Value to Administrative?

Yes, we are using windows 2012 server and we already setup attribute 6 to Administrative.

The only other thing that I can think of is doing a packet capture on the server and see if the server is responding appropriately.
