Hi <USER-MENTION data-id="9900275">@edlee_jinnet</USER-MENTION>, I’d like to fix the bad link for you, when you say you applied for an RMA on our homepage, do you mean via a support case or a different page? If it’s not through a support case, could you please send me the link to the page you’re trying to submit the RMA request through so I’m sure I’m in the right place?

I would like to RMA ship the "X460-G2-48t-GE4-Base" equipment.

The "Shipping Part Number" was originally "908210-10". But I can't see the "908210-10" number in the changed RMA application form.

Hi,

I only know https://extremeapi.upsrow.com/ and there I can find the Part-Number.

Besides that: You already have opened a ticket, right? Best thing would be to ask GTAC on how to proceed.

Best regards
Stefan
