problem with MPLS network

We have several EXOS switches connected through the MPLS network. Sometimes link flapping in other locations causes MPLS problems in a completely different location. The only solution to the problem is to restart the switch. Errors that appear on the switch:

we use 16.2.5.4 patch 29, we have G1 hardware version
