Hi,

I cant install teh SSH xmod 15.3 onto XOS 15.2

“Installing to Switch.Error: Failed to install image - version mismatch between XOS and xmod”

Please can you help?

Hi!

You have to download same ssh.xmod as your .xos version image.

As far i can see there is no 15.2 xmod? please confrim?

It is present.
Earlier ssh.xmod was in ZIP archive for all Extreme platforms.

Can you PM me your serial number and the exact version you need? I'll see what's going on with it.

Here's what I found, and sent to @JeremyClarkson
I've logged into the portal as you and plugged in the serial number you provided into the download search. I sorted by download name and found it on page 5.

Please share the output of show version images. I'm guessing you've got a patch version installed.

Check your PM. Since the switches that would support this version are all end-of-life, you very likely don't have a support contract on them anymore, so you wouldn't be able to download this code.
