Do you need to maintain the configuration?

Or do you want to 100% wipe the switch clean and start over?

Hello Paul, I need to retrieve the access credentials and keep the configuration.
If I can't do it, I'll use the extreme option but I don't rule it out, reset the switch to Factory Default

If you have GTAC support you can do the “ONE TIME FAILSAFE” method.

Follow the instructions. The first step will wipe the switch.
