    <description>It looks to not like something regarding that USB.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you trying to deploy this prior member of a stack as a standalone switch?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If so, when you boot in to EXOS are you stuck at "PENDING-AAA"?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If so you may be able to use "REBOOT AS MASTER-CAPAPBLE" as mentioned below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000077990&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, if you have console access GTAC may be able to assist.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Using the mgmt port and a tftp server like below should also confirm it is something local to that USB:&lt;BR /&gt;https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000083135&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Chris Thompson&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>When I run a config no in the bootloader it does not clear the config so I am attempting to reload the firmware&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe I am following the proper steps to reload the firmware on this switch to default it.       <description>Went the TFTP Method to reload the Firmware and that worked.</description>
