Telnet from old summit200 to a summitX440-G4

Probably a dumb question, but, why can’t I telnet to a summitx440-g4 from a summit200?

Summit200 running Extremeware Version 7.8e.4.1

summitx440-g4 EXOS 22.7.1.2-patch1-17

Hello,

Unfortunately i don’t have a Summit200 in my local lab anymore (as they’re long end-of-support), so I am unable to test this.

Can you telnet to any other device from the Summit200?

And can you telnet to the x440G2 (I assume, we don’t have G4 switches yet, unless you mean the non-10gb uplink model, which has a similar naming) from anywhere else?
