Hello. I bought switch and license from ebay.

16154 ExtremeSwitching Summit X450a-24tDC Core License
You cannot use this Voucher ID with this HW Serial Number
Please Create a Case so GTAC can investigate this issue.

Hi,

First we need to generate license key from support portal using the voucher ID. Using the generated license key you can enable license.
Please use the steps in the article to generate license and install license,
