The client-ip is the IP address that you want the requests to be sourced from. The switch acts as an authenticator for the RADIUS requests, in that it it passes the request from the endpoint to the RADIUS server and then enforces the RADIUS server’s decision.

hi, I don't understand what the configuration of tacacs or radius asks, what has the client-ip been? Is it the switch that we want the accounts that are in RADIUS or TACACS to use? or what is it?

thanks!
