Good day all,

Has anyone encountered not being able to enter the boot rom? I'm currently locked out of a switch stack after trying to encrypt the admin password and need to reset\recover the switch. Holding the space bar as identified in the following link does not get me into the BootROM. Any ideas would be appreciated. ExtremeSwitching (EXOS)

Hi,

I have not but the easiest way to recover if you have console access would be to call in to GTAC to use a ONETIME FAILSAFE.

This is the route I had to take. GTAC was quick to respond and I now have the issue resolved. Thanks Chris!
