Dear Friends,

I upgraded the firmware to the very latest version. However, it seems that my fiber module is not supported in the latest firmware (30.x). I tried flashing a much older firmware (15.x) but I had the same issue.

Could anyone make a recommendation for a supported X460G2-48t fiber module?

The officially supported optics modules are listed on page 14 and 15 of the X460-G2 Data Sheet. The remaining transceiver options are on page 18 and 19.

I think the best replacement would be the 10301 for what we would need.

Would you have any recommendations for the 10301? Does Extreme sell these directly or does Extreme have a approved seller?

We don't sell them directly, but it's a pretty easy process to get them through a reseller/partner of ours.
