We have started adding our newly deployed Extreme 5420 EXOS switches into Solarwinds and gives basic info like connected ports, and vlans. What are the latest MiBs I should download? Q A: Location of Extreme Networks MIBs (Management Information Base) | Extreme Portal (force.com) pointed me to the downloads page but which file do I need, there are lots of them! 🙂

If anyone has done this before, I appreciate any advice from you.

Thanks

So we dont use Solarwinds but, use NMSaas Stablenet and when I cannot find a mib I can grab it from https://circitor.fr/Mibs/Mibs.php vendor site is always better but, this is a quick way to find any mib. Just not that some vendors have errors in thier mibs and you might need to correct them. Not sure if solar winds just takes the mib or checks it when importing. Stablenet net analyzes the mib and checks all dependency and wont let you upload a bad mib. Your mileage may vary.
