topic U Ports on a 5420 in ExtremeSwitching (EXOS/Switch Engine)

We have a pair of 5420M switches, and we would like to enable one of the universal ports (U2) for stacking and the other port for ethernet (10G). Is this possible? Or is it an all-or-nothing option with both ports for stacking or both for Ethernet?

If I enable both for ethernet, can I make a trunk port on each switch and pass all VLANs across?
