x460-48p is delivering power keep going back stats

Only one cisco AIR-CAP2702I-K-K9 is connected to port 23

Currently, when log and show inline-power info port 23, the state goes back and forth to disable/delivery

The problem is 1. Currently, users are using it without any problems
2. port 1-22 까지 disable inline-power ports 1-22 하면
Disables up to irrelevant port 23, and the above AP is turned off

Any feedback is appreciated.
